Standing desks have become a popular way to improve your productivity and reduce back pain. They are also more expensive than traditional models, but this one is surprisingly affordable that makes it the best option for most customers.

The “branch standing desk review” is a product that has been on the market for a while. It is a premium looking desk, but can it be affordable? The answer to this question is yes.

Branch Furniture Standing Desk Review- Can a Premium Looking Desk be Affordable?

Branch furniture seems to be high-end and elegant. However, you’ll be astonished to learn that they’re less expensive than desks with the same high-end appearance. As a result, the brand enables customers to get a long-lasting and exquisite item without exceeding their budget.

The design is equally simplistic, with a Nordic feel about it. So, if you want a minimalist home office but are worried about the cost, Branch’s products may help you locate outstanding items at reasonable rates.

So now we’ll take a look at the brand’s height-adjustable standing desk. Let’s examine what brands can compete in terms of value and, of course, pricing with it.

WFH and business solutions that are sturdy and reliable

Standing desks are available in 48-inch units for home offices and 60-inch units for business environments.

However, all of the specifications and features will remain the same. We believe it is Branch’s only standing desk unit. As a result, we’re looking forward to seeing what additional standing desk options the company may come up with in the near future.

On a side note, we’re huge fans of the Branch’s whole discography. Their furniture, tables, and seats offer a sleek, minimalist look that you’d want in your home office. Their merchandise seems to share a common theme.

Although white is the most common hue, there are also a lot of black, turquoise, and orange pieces. As a result, they seemed to be from the same collection. The brand nailed it in terms of consistency.

It also reminds us of IKEA, with the exception of the quality. The clean, minimalist design is reminiscent of IKEA furniture. It is somewhat more expensive than IKEA, but it is also more robust and strong.

The desk’s robust legs provided a firm basis. It is, however, only available in white. The tabletop’s attachment to the frame is also strong and rigid. There are no swaying concerns at all. It will stay in position even if you use moderate power and lock it side to side or back to front.

For taller people, this is a fantastic solution.

So, although this is a good standing desk, it can also outperform other brands in its price range. Those who stand up to 6″ tall may find the maximum 52″ desk height comfortable. However, it may also go as low as 25″, making it useful for persons of normal to somewhat tiny stature.

It’s easy to use with an office chair, and even those of ordinary height may attain perfect alignment.

So far, we haven’t had any issues with the number of users vs the stability. This is a pretty robust item, so it’s incredible that it has a luxury appearance and feel while still being in the mid-price range.

You may use the brand’s setup help, but only under certain conditions.

The setup isn’t as complicated as it seems.

Those who like DIY projects and have experience constructing standing desks may complete the setup in less than an hour, if not less than 30 minutes. However, this item has the potential to be rather weighty. As a result, although you may be accustomed to putting together IKEA items, Branch standing desks and products are two to three times as hefty.

The tabletop is extremely thick, and despite not being constructed of genuine wood, it is rather sturdy. Combine it with the all-steel frames, and you’ve got two boxes of really hefty goods.

Some people, as we’ve seen in the examples above, go about the setup with ease. If you’re not one of these people, though, you may take use of the brand’s setup help. However, there is a catch. Although you are not need to pay money up ahead for the installation, you must be prepared to spend a significant amount of money in order to benefit from the setup support.

So the best course of action is to contact their customer service department. Or, better yet, check with the vendor before purchasing to ensure that you are not misled by anything fraudulent. The good news is that Branch’s customer support is really responsive and accessible. They also provided a 24-hour helpline to assist customers with the setup.

In general, none of their goods, including a standing desk, come with free installation. And we hoped it had, since not everyone is capable of putting up a large unit on their own.

Or at the very least, there should have been a little cost, but not as much as Herman Miller asks for standing desk installation.

It’s not genuine wood, yet it’s rather hefty, and we were puzzled as to why.

The surface is stain resistant and has beveled edges, which we like. This also adds to the desk’s elegance. Though the tabletop color possibilities aren’t as exciting as those offered by Fully or UPLIFT, at least you have alternatives. For steel frames, you don’t have that option.

The tabletop is composed of laminate rather than genuine wood, which is virtually the same material as tables in this price range. Because it’s so hefty, you could get the sense that it’s constructed of genuine wood.

Well, we’re guessing it’s built of a higher-quality laminate material, resulting in a heavier burden than other desks that aren’t made of genuine wood. It might potentially be heavier than a tabletop from the Elite line of desks.

For the time being, there is no cable management tray.

This might be the Branch standing desk’s worst flaw. It does not allow you to acquire a cable tray management system. There isn’t one included with the device, and the brand doesn’t produce one…yet.

As a result, if you need one, you will have little option except to purchase from other companies.

Fully has a few of our favorites.

You can also acquire a UPLIFT control panel; just make sure you don’t get the basic one that comes with their cheap units.

How does it stack up against UPLIFT?

Let’s see how it stacks up against the UPLIFT V2, which is also in the same pricing bracket. Although they have a similar appearance, the Branch is heavier, more substantial, has less wobbles, and comes with a more sleek-looking control panel than the basic version. It’s also capable of going higher than UPLIFT.

Uplift V2 7230 is available for purchase.

Transitions are also smoother and quicker. So, in our perspective, the one advantage UPLIFT has against Branch is the buffet of options. But it, of course, comes at an extra cost each add-on. Oh, and since it is lighter, the UPLIFT is also simpler to construct for most people.

Is it superior than VARI?

Check out the Vari 6030 pricing.

We’re going with the Branch for its sturdiness, stability, and visual appeal. Even if the options are restricted and there isn’t a cable management tray, you’ll get more bang for your buck due of how sturdy it is.

VARI has five tabletop choices rather than three, and its cable management tray is less expensive than the standard UPLIFT control panel. However, the whole desk does not seem to be high-end; in fact, it appears to be more plasticky and utilitarian.

How does it stack up against the Zipdesk?

The Zipdesk is an underappreciated stand-up desk that is sturdy, stable, and transforms quickly. What is its benefit vs Branch? It has a higher level of technical advancement.

A Bluetooth transmitter is included with this workstation. However, it only has three memory settings. And, although the overall appearance is superior than that of a VARI workstation, it still pales in comparison to the Branch standing desk. But it’s not far away.

And it can only go as high as 47”, so not much of a choice for taller users. But stability-wise, it is, since it also has the same Capacity for weight as a Branch standing desk.

In comparison to an iMovR Landr Lite, how does it perform?

It travels quicker and creamier than the iMover Lander Lite, and it’s also quieter.

However, iMovR offers a more extensive guarantee, including a lifetime warranty on one of the frames. It’s also Bluetooth equipped and features more current technology, while the Branch is more of a basic desk in terms of function. For tall people, though, the Branch may grow higher.

Aesthetically, this is a sleek-looking desk that is also rather sturdy. As a result, making a decision will be difficult. The next step is to decide on your priorities. If you’re looking for a more technologically sophisticated workstation, the Lander is the way to go.

The Branch, on the other hand, will have a more coherent and quality appearance.

So should you Branch out?

We’re looking at a really sturdy standing desk here. Despite the absence of more sophisticated capabilities and its own cable management tray, many people are still considering this item for their home office.

It has a high-end appearance but does not come with a high-end price tag. So, if all you need is a simple, sturdy, and attractive desk, you’ve come to the correct place.
